Post #12 shows a legend indicating that the led voltage should be 101V and you show the voltage to be considerably higher in post #5 which normally indicates you have a led(s) problem or a problem with one of the connections/connector in the led array.
Samsung UN50TU8000FXZA has completely died on me fresh out of the warranty period. WHAT HAPPENED: I bought a Samsung 50" Class TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV in November of 2020. Worked flawlessly until a few days ago, when watching a YouTube video, the entire picture burned off in sections and then it shut down entirely and started power cycling.

I have a 65” Samsung TV with back light issues, I checked the Strips and more than the half of the led where shorted, checked voltage from power board with everything disconnected and showed 320 V in both positive ends that feed the back lights, checked continuity in the wire lines that goes to the back lights and they’re OK.

I have a Samsung TV that had issues with the top half of the image going dim then eventually completely going out, checked the panel, still has an image you just need a torch to see anything. I work with computers and laptops and this usually means the backlight has gone/inverter board has gone.
